In an effort to assist our members with maintaining their continuing education credits and achieving their certifications, LVAR offers continuing education courses at the Association office at 10 South Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA.

Working With Today's Buyers
3.5 hours CE credit

Class: 8:30am - 12:00pm
The course will provide a background on the buyer of today and provide realistic advice on representing & protecting your buyer customer/client with practical, professional knowledge and through the proper use of PAR real estate forms.

Working With Today's Sellers

Class: 1:30pm - 5:00pm
The course will provide a background on the seller of today and provide realistic advice on representing & protecting your seller client with practical, professional knowledge and through the proper use of PAR real estate forms.

This class gives continuing education credit to those licensed before 12/01/09. Anyone licensed between 12/01/09 and 11/30/11 must complete the Mandatory New Licensee Courses to renew by 5/31/12. It is the responsibility of the individual licensee to meet the continuing education requirements and to know if they must take the commission-developed courses.
