The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has mandated that all salespersons complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2013-2014 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed on or after December 1, 2011. While these courses are required for those newly licensed, any agent may benefit and receive continuing education credits for these courses.
A 7-hour General Module
and a 7-hour Residential Module
are designed to provide students with a high level of knowledge and understanding of key real estate practice areas. They will bridge the gap between textbook licensing education and the real world of real estate, and help you meet the state education requirement to renew your license before the May 31, 2014 license renewal deadline.
