First-Time Renewal MCE Courses
Did you receive your Pennsylvania real estate license on or after December 1, 2009? Then these classes are for you. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all new salespersons to complete 14 hours of prescribed education during their first continuing education cycle. Our New Licensee classes satisfy this requirement.
Through both a 7-hour General Module and a 7-hour Residential Module, these classes are designed to provide students with a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. It will bridge the gap between textbook licensing education and the real world of real estate. And help you meet the state education requirements to renew your license before the May 31, 2012 license renewal deadline.
**Section 35.384(b) of the State Real Estate Commission’s regulations authorizes the Commission to require licensees to complete a required course in order to satisfy the continuing education requirement. The Commission has determined that such a course is warranted for salespersons holding standard licenses in their first biennial period where continuing education is required. As a result, any licensee who holds a standard salesperson’s license issued between 12/1/2009 and 11/30/2011 must complete this required course in order to renew his/her license by 5/31/12.
